Dedicated trasportation

Our vehicle

We have created a unique transportation vehicle, in accordance with Legislative Decree of April 30, 1992, no. 285.

The works, which include an internal lining made of fiberglass "Cover" model ISO 073, comply with and adhere to the regulations of Decree 388/98 (Directive 95/29/EC) regarding the transport of live animals;
The fiberglass "Cover" is fireproof and self-extinguishing, based on the test conducted to assess the materials' combustion behavior inside the vehicles, according to UNI ISO 3795:1992 standard;
The production and assembly works have been carried out through a certified process, following EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, and executed with utmost craftsmanship, in compliance with the regulations of the Manufacturer (FIAT) and the current norms issued by the General Directorate of M.C.T.C.

The ventilation system consists of:

Two exhaust fans to create air circulation with a flow rate of 50 liters per minute;
A hot and cold air conditioning system;
The air recycling system, which ensures a volume of 16 cubic meters and can operate continuously for approximately 10 hours even when the engine is off, thanks to the vehicle's 100Ah service battery.

We have created proper accommodations, a total of 31, with aluminum slat doors and latch closures.

The accommodations are spacious and roomy, and two of them are dedicated to the transport of disabled animals, pregnant animals, or nursing mothers with puppies;
Inside, there are spill-proof stainless steel bowls installed, which prevent water from spilling out even if the bowl is overturned;
The lighting consists of LED lights, which provide complete visibility while being non-disturbing to the animals;
Urine is regulated through a system of collection tanks that prevent contact of the liquid with the animals, channeling it into a reservoir;
The vehicle is equipped with a sink and a 50-liter tank for drinking water;
Between the driver's cabin and the accommodation area, there is a door designed to allow visibility and monitoring of the animals during their transportation.
